Read the product description, garment measurements, selected colour, size and stock or pre-order status before ordering. Screen colours can vary. Nothing in this statement excuses supplying goods that are materially different from their description.

Prices are in the currency displayed at checkout. The checkout calculates the applicable product prices, offers, delivery charges and payable total. Discounts and bundle conditions apply only as shown. A payment is confirmed through the payment provider and the order status, not merely by opening a payment page.

Check your contact details, delivery address and selected pieces before paying. If you need a change or cancellation, contact support promptly with the order number. The team will confirm what is possible at the order’s current stage; a message alone does not confirm a change. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you about the available resolution.

A pre-order is identified on the product and checkout. Read its dispatch estimate and payment plan. Where a deposit is offered, the checkout shows the amount due now and the balance; dispatch follows full payment and stock readiness. Estimated dispatch is distinct from courier transit time. Contact support about delays, changes or cancellation; applicable consumer rights remain available. Correctly supplied pre-orders cannot be returned or exchanged for preference or fit. If we supply the wrong size, colour or piece, we offer a refund after review and bear the related postage.

If you cancel a pre-order, neither the deposit nor the full payment is refundable. If Mardina Safiyya® cannot deliver within the pre-order timeframe confirmed for your order, we refund the amount paid for the affected pieces, whether a deposit or full payment. Our separate remedies for incorrectly supplied or defective goods and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

Available destinations, courier services and charges are shown at checkout. Read the Shipping Policy for dispatch, tracking and delivery issues. Contact us promptly if an order has not arrived or the tracking appears incorrect.

Read our Refund & Return Policy for the 7-day ready-stock exchange window, replacement-stock conditions, pre-order restrictions, unboxing evidence and remedies for our mistakes, defects or non-delivery. Correctly supplied items do not qualify for a preference refund. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Approved refunds usually take 7–14 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Keep sign-in codes private and use only your own account and order details. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent claims. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal data and browser storage are used.

Announced gifts must be claimed within 30 days of the official announcement. An unclaimed gift may be forfeited after that period. A person may receive a grand prize only once in any rolling 365-day period, counted from the official announcement of their previous grand-prize win. Mardina Safiyya® reserves the right to terminate affiliate, dropship or reseller membership without prior notice if a member breaches the promotion terms, store policies or applicable programme conditions. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support if you have a question or complaint.
