Affiliate, Dropship & Reseller Terms

These conditions apply to members participating as affiliates, dropshippers or resellers of Mardina Safiyya®, alongside the conditions displayed for their programme and any agreement expressly made with the member. Programme rates, order conditions and payout requirements are those displayed in the relevant dashboard or confirmed by MS.

Follow the promotion conditions, approved product information and current offers provided by MS. Do not make misleading product, price, stock, delivery, earnings or refund claims, impersonate the brand or alter customer-facing policies. Use brand materials only as permitted for your programme and make any disclosures required for paid or affiliate promotion.

An active affiliate may earn direct sale commission on an eligible paid order attributed to their link or code under the programme’s attribution rules. The applicable tier rate is the rate when the eligible sale is recorded. Commission is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges and payment fees. A click, unpaid order or estimated dashboard earning is not a confirmed payout. Personal orders do not earn self-referral sale commission.

For a dropship order, the member’s programme benefit is applied as a discounted purchase price at checkout, using the applicable programme rate. The same dropship order does not also earn direct affiliate sale commission for the member placing it. Any resale margin depends on the selling price and costs; it is not a separate guaranteed cash commission paid by MS.

An eligible commission starts as pending. It becomes eligible to clear after delivery and the store’s return window has passed. An unresolved return holds clearance until the case is settled. Cleared commission appears in the member’s ledger and available balance after the system’s clearance process. The dashboard distinguishes pending, cleared and paid amounts.

Cancelled orders do not earn commission. A refund or agreed store-credit remedy can reduce or reverse commission in proportion to the affected order value. Corrections to cleared commission are recorded as ledger adjustments and can reduce the available balance or offset future earnings. Only valid, attributable sales qualify; inaccurate or fraudulent claims may be declined or corrected under the programme conditions.

Where the programme offers a team share, an active sponsor may earn the displayed team rate on eligible sales by their directly sponsored members, including eligible dropship sales. This is a single-level sales benefit. There is no commission merely for joining or recruiting a member.

Payout requests require an active account, the minimum cleared available balance shown in the dashboard and valid bank details. Pending commission cannot be withdrawn. A request moves the requested balance out of the available balance while MS reviews and processes it. A payout is recorded as paid only after staff confirm the transfer and reference; a declined payout request is returned to the ledger. No fixed processing date or guaranteed earnings are promised by an estimate in the dashboard.

Commission tiers, dropship rates, the attribution window, team share and payout minimum are those displayed in the current programme and member dashboard. Check the recorded order and ledger entries, and contact support with the relevant references if an amount appears incorrect. Membership suspension or termination is subject to the terms below; it does not automatically forfeit amounts lawfully due after valid adjustments and review.

Mardina Safiyya® reserves the right to terminate affiliate, dropship or reseller membership without prior notice if a member breaches the promotion terms, store policies or applicable programme conditions. This includes breaches in promotional content, misuse of brand materials, fraudulent activity, misuse of customer data or attempts to bypass programme restrictions. MS may withdraw the member’s programme access and permission to promote as an authorised member when membership is terminated.

A member must stop representing themselves as an authorised participant after termination. Existing customer orders, valid customer claims and any outstanding amounts are reviewed under the applicable order, programme and legal obligations. Termination does not by itself erase obligations or automatically forfeit amounts lawfully due.

Contact official support with your membership details if you need clarification about a programme condition or termination decision. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
