Gift & Prize Policy

Any announced gift or prize must be claimed within 30 calendar days from its official announcement. Follow the claim instructions in that announcement and provide the details reasonably needed to verify and deliver the gift. If no claim is received within that period, Mardina Safiyya® reserves the right to forfeit the unclaimed gift.

A person is eligible to receive a grand prize only once in any rolling 365-day period, counted from the official announcement date of their previous grand-prize win. If the selected person has already won a grand prize within the preceding 365 days, they are not eligible for another grand prize and the opportunity passes to another eligible winner. This restriction applies to the person, including entries made through different accounts.

We review eligibility and previous grand-prize wins before confirming an award. The 365-day restriction is specific to grand prizes; other gifts remain subject to their announced conditions and the 30-day claim deadline. Ordinary loyalty points and redeemed vouchers keep their separately displayed validity periods.
