At Mardina Safiyya®, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below is the information regarding our shipping process to ensure that you are fully informed about how we handle your orders.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, which are displayed during checkout. The available shipping methods depend on your location and the shipping method you select.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/size of your order.
4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after the order has been shipped.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Shipping to Certain Countries: We currently ship to a select number of international destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us for more information about shipping options.
7. Delivery Times
- Domestic (Malaysia): Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
- International: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for international shipments.
8. Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are shipped according to the product’s delivery information. The shipping timeframe for pre-orders typically takes 14 to 30 business days but may be shorter or longer.
- Please refer to the pre-order product page for specific shipping details and estimated delivery times.
9. Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping
- Mardina Safiyya® is not responsible for any damaged or lost items during shipping. However, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service provider.
10. Cash on Delivery (CoD)
- CoD is available only in certain supported areas. You can choose this payment method during checkout if it is available for your region.
- If you fail to pay for CoD or engage in joy-buying (placing orders without the intent to pay), you will be blacklisted and unable to use CoD for future purchases.
11. Failed Deliveries
- If your order is returned to us due to a missed or failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address or failure to pick up from the post office), you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
12. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ship your orders promptly, shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs, or public holidays. Mardina Safiyya® is not responsible for delays once the order is with the carrier.
13. Order Modifications
- Modifications (item, size, color, address, etc.) can only be made within 4 hours from the time the order is placed.
- If your order has already been fulfilled, no modifications can be made.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to confirm if modifications can still be made.
