Return Policy for Mardina Safiyya

At Mardina Safiyya®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process, subject to the following conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • Please record the parcel opening process when you receive your items, especially for defective items. This is crucial for verifying the issue and ensuring a smooth return or exchange process.
  • Refunds are only applicable for out-of-stock items.
  • Defective items will be offered for exchange with the same item.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable, except for defective items that are out of stock.
  • Mistakes caused by Mardina Safiyya (such as sending the wrong item or defective items) will have shipping costs covered by us.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 days to process after receiving and inspecting the return.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mardinasafiyya.com with your order details and the item you wish to return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (wrong item, defective item).

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order. We only offer exchanges for defective items or wrong items that have been sent.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Recording the Parcel Opening: For any defective items, we require you to record the opening of the parcel to ensure the condition is documented.
  • Return for Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos and a video (if possible) of the damage or defect.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the availability of the item.

6. Sale and Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and non-refundable, except for defective items that cannot be replaced.
